North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un has a new name for himself, “Supreme Representative of all the Korean people, Kim Jong-Un.” Expert on North Korea and Asian affairs, Gordon Chang sat down with FOX’s Washington Correspondent Rachel Sutherland, to explain the latest change and discuss whether a third summit is likely.

On Thursday, Julian Assange, founder of the controversial site WikiLeaks was arrested at the Ecuadorian Embassy in London.
