House Intelligence Committee Chairman, Adam Schiff announced the Intel Committee will reopen parts of the Russia election meddling probe, that was closed last year. The President responded to the announcement on Twitter accusing Democrats of “Presidential Harassment”. FOX’s Senior Capitol Hill producer Chad Pergram discusses the president’s response.

On Friday, Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker testified in front of the House Judiciary Committee over his role overseeing Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia Investigation. Jared sat down with FOX’s Washington Correspondent, Rachel Sutherland to discuss the hearing.

During the State of the Union address, President Trump presented a possible path to reduce America’s role in Afghanistan, this comes after proposing to start withdrawing U.S. troops from Syria. FOX’s Foreign Affairs Correspondent, Benjamin Hall returned from a trip to Syria and he spoke to Jared about possible peace talks with Afghanistan.

Democratic Massachusetts Senator Ed Markey and New York Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez unveiled their Green New Deal this week. The new proposal aims to combat climate change and promises new welfare programs including sufficient family and medical leave, paid vacations and guaranteed jobs with livable wages.  Jared discusses the new proposal with Democratic Strategist and FOX News contributor Richard Fowler.
