FOX News Radio’s National Correspondent Jared Halpern along with a team of FOX News reporters & contributors look at the week that was inside the beltway.

THIS WEEK:

Democrats made big gains in the House while Republicans held the majority in the Senate, but with votes still being counted in three states, it’s unclear by how much. FOX’s Senior Capitol Hill producer, Chad Pergram discusses what if anything will get done after this contentious election cycle.

On Wednesday, President Trump addressed the media about the results of the midterm election and his strategy for working with a divided Congress.  FOX’s White House Correspondent, Jon Decker was in the room when things got heated between the President and reporters.

Shortly after the election results were in, Jeff Sessions was out of a job.  The former Attorney General handed in his resignation letter at the request of President Trump, causing many to criticize the move.  Rachel Sutherland, FOX’s Washington Correspondent, was joined by FOX’s Department of Justice Producer, Jake Gibson with details of Sessions’ replacement.

FOX News Channel was the first news outlet to report Democrats had won the majority in the House. Director of the FOX News Decision Desk, Arnon Mishkin sat down with Jared to discuss the election night debut of “FOX News Voter Analysis”.
