Privacy Concerns Over Samsung Smart TV’s

Watch what you say around Samsung Smart TVs.

FOX News Radio’s Steve Rappoport explains in this edition of “Fox on Tech”:

Samsung’s Smart TVs might be a little too smart, when it comes to voice recognition.

Samsung’s privacy policy warns that personal or other sensitive information spoken in front of the TV could get transmitted to a third party that converts speech to text.

Some users comparing that to being watched by big brother. Samsung says its smart TVs have safeguards like data encryption, and customers can disable voice recognition to ease their concerns.
