It happens every two years – Congress gets a new crop of young members eager to serve their constituencies and their country. Few, however, are quite as young (or as interesting) as incoming freshman Carlos Curbelo. The son of Cuban immigrants, he brings to D.C. an energy and an outlook that are truly unique.
