Bill Browder: The Russian Government Jailed, Tortured And Killed My Lawyer
Bill Browder author of Red Notice and CEO of Hermitage Capital joined Brian to talk about the Magnitsky Act and its implications it had on the 2016 Presidential election. “Sergei Magnitsky was my lawyer. He discovered a massive 230 million dollar government corruption scheme, he exposed it, they (The Russian Government) put him in jail, and they tortured him in the most vicious ways and killed him seven years ago at the age of 37”, said Browder. He went on to say Russian Lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya lied to the U.S. media when she stated, in a recent interview, that she has no ties to the Russian Government. The real question is why Vladimir Putin is so desperate to get rid of the Magnitsky Act. The answer is fascination and filled with nothing but corruption.
