Beth Holloway – “I don’t have hope she is still alive … I do think I will get answers” on Natalee’s Disappearance

It has been ten years since the disappearance of American teenager Natalee Holloway. Natalee was on a high school graduation trip when she disappeared after leaving a nightclub with three men.

Joran van der Sloot, then 17, is the prime suspect in the case. Van der Sloot is currently in a Peruvian prison after he was convicted in the murder of Peruvian native, Stephany Flores Ramirez, during a night out at a hotel casino in 2010.

Greta was on assignment in California for the Michael Jackson child molestation trial and was looking forward to heading home when the trial was over. Instead, she was called to cover the story of a teen who went missing in Aruba.

Ten years later and Greta is still just as dedicated today as she was during her first days on the case. In this episode of “GretaTalk” she speaks with Natalee’s mother, Beth Holloway, about the roadblocks they faced while investigating the case.  Beth’s hope for finding her daughter alive may have dwindled, but she still believes she will find out what happened to Natalee.
