Worst Passwords of 2014
Worst passwords of 2014 are just as awful as you can imagine.
FOX News Radio’s Bill Vitka:
We may say we want digital security, but when the biggest companies in America become targets, it’s clear no one is immune. So our job is to protect ourselves.
But according to the yearly list of the worst passwords, compiled by SplashData, it’s also clear we’re kind of lazy about “digital security”.
The winner this time — same as 2013 — is “123456”. Nine of the Top 25 worst passwords are numerical, with little variation on a theme, such as “123123”. The runner-up for worst password is “password”.
