Big decisions need to be made in a short time frame by President-Elect Joe Biden, but the transition has been less than routine. President Trump has not conceded the Presidential Election and is challenging the results. After the results are certified for President-Elect Joe Biden, he’ll take office without a strong majority in Congress.
