FBI Expands Investigation Into Clinton Emails
The FBI is expanding its investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails.
FOX News Radio’s Jon Decker has more from the White House:
FOX News has learned that agents are now exploring whether Clinton, her aides or her attorney were not forthcoming with the FBI about her emails, their classification and whether only non-government records were destroyed.
It would be a felony if Clinton intentionally misrepresented statements to the FBI and violations would also include pressuring a third party to conspire in a cover-up.
Separately, FOX News has also learned that the FBI is doing its own, independent classification review of the Clinton emails.
