Use Facebook at Work

A new way to use Facebook.

    FOX’s Rich Denison reports:

Would you like to use Facebook at work without worrying about the boss getting upset? Facebook this week launching its new version of the social media platform designed specifically for businesses, non-profits and other groups.

Called Workplace, the new version is free of advertising, and would use a Facebook account separate from your existing personal page.

Workplace allows video-calls and group chats, along with live video and a news feed similar to the regular Facebook.

Businesses wanting to use the service can sign up and pay a monthly fee. There’s no charge to schools or non-profits.
