Four weeks before Americans go to the polls, Republican Donald Trump says he's ready to do things his way.

FOX's Rachel Sutherland reports from Washington:

Trump's Twitter page has been blowing up, one cryptic tweet reads: "It is so nice that the shackles have been taken off me and I can now fight for America the way I want to."

The candidate is incensed that Republican lawmakers have been rescinding their endorsements, there's a tweet saying Democrats are more loyal to each other than Republicans are.

In another, he calls House Speaker Paul Ryan a "weak an ineffective leader", referring to the conference call that Ryan used to urge members to do what's best for them to help keep the House and Senate under Republican control.
