Schools in on college campuses in the state of Texas, where it’s now okay to carry a concealed firearm if you’re properly permitted. Campus activists at the University of Texas in Austin got quite active:

(Woman) “I think it shows how unpopular campus carry is.”

But down in San Marcos, at Texas State:

(Woman) “I will be getting my concealed handgun license.”

A federal court just this week declined to hear a lawsuit filed by professors at U.T. opposed to the law.

Dateline… Trenton, New Jersey. The garden state’s capitol, where a resident is getting help from the state’s second amendment society in suing over the ban on private citizens owning tasers. Mark Cheeseman says he wanted buy a stun gun from taser international, but they said jersey law won’t let them sell him one. Cheeseman says it’s a violation of his rights. New Jersey’s Attorney General has no comment.

And those are your Bullet Points.
