Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN): Judge Brown Jackson Is Out Of The Progressive Wing Of The Left

Listen To The Full Interview Below:

Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) joined the Guy Benson Show to discuss her questioning of Supreme Court nominee judge Ketanji Brown Jackson during the first day of Senate testimony.

Senator Blackburn blasted judge Jackson’s inability to answer her questions saying,

“One of the things I think is important here, guy, is that we have seen these nominees for the court become politicized. We have seen them become very rehearsed when they come in before us. They will choose not to answer questions. And what we need to know is what is their world view? How do they make their decisions? What do they hold as their value system?”

Adding,

“When you look at her record, the choices she made in private practice, her work as a public defender, her work as a sentencing commission co-chair, and then of course, going to the District Court and about a year now on the appellate court. What you do see is a pattern of going left on her decisions and she is squarely out of the left, the progressive wing of the party.”
