From Washington: Invasion Or Diplomacy

In an effort to defuse the current crisis in Ukraine, Western leaders have been engaging in shuttle diplomacy with Russian President Vladimir Putin.  President Biden has discussed with European officials the need for strong economic sanctions to punish Russia if an invasion occurs.  FOX News Foreign Affairs Correspondent Amy Kellogg joins Jared from Moscow to discuss the possible pretext Russia is creating to justify an invasion, concerns of military exercises, and the impact sanctions could have on the Russian government.

In a rare move this Thursday, House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy endorsed Harriet Hageman, the GOP rival of incumbent Rep. Liz Cheney, for Wyoming’s at-large congressional seat.  Though unusual, the move is not a surprise as Cheney has caused a stark divide among Republicans due to her criticisms of former President Donald Trump.  FOX News Radio Political Analyst and National Journal columnist, Josh Kraushaar joins Jared to discuss the reasoning behind this endorsement and whether the former President’s endorsement still carries significant weight.
