Vice President Kamala Harris made her first international trip this week, visiting Guatemala and Mexico to address corruption in these countries amid the record migrant surge at the U.S. southern border. This week, infrastructure talks between Senator Shelley Moore Capito and President Biden ended without a resolution. By Thursday, though, a bipartisan group of 10 Senators announced a new framework that will reportedly cost $1.2 trillion over eight years and according to Senator Mitt Romney is “fully paid for”.
