House Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced that Congress will establish an independent commission to investigate what the causes were for the Capitol Hill riot on January 6th. The commission will be similar to the 9/11 Commission that was established following the 2001 terror attacks. More than two years after the murder of Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi, the Biden administration released an intelligence report concluding Saudi Arabian Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman was involved in the killing. Following the release the administration received backlash for failing to hold the crown prince accountable for the death. FOX News Washington Correspondent Rachel Sutherland spoke with former U.S. Ambassador to Saudi Arabia James Oberwetter about the Biden’s administration’s decision to declassify the report but steer clear of punishing the crown prince.
