Will schools reopen this September? While the nation is still debating whether they will let students back on campus, the Pentagon announced this week it's planning on reopening schools on U.S. military bases worldwide this fall as long as the risk of the virus in the area remains "limited" or "moderate." If it wasn't for the coronavirus pandemic, the balloons would have dropped at the Democratic National Convention with former Vice President Joe Biden on stage with his running mate.
