“Wonder Woman’s” the new meta human of the box office, capturing the top spot, means the movie has broke both records and expectations, raking in over $100 million in its debut weekend.
And it’s the biggest movie ever directed by a woman. Patty Jenkins was the one calling the shots in this movie with Warner Bros. gambling $150 million on its first female driven comic book movie with a filmmaker boasting only an $ 8 million dollar indie movie under her belt.
And Gal Gadot wearing the main character’s costume weaponized bracelets and all!
