Would you like some green eggs and ham? If so, you might want to head to Springfield, Massachusetts and check out the new Dr. Seuss Museum!
FOX's Jim Mackay explains:
It opened over the weekend! Striped hats, rhymes and quips filling the halls of the brand new Amazing World of Dr. Seuss Museum.
Massachusetts Lt. governor Karen Polito was on hand for the opening ceremony. Springfield, Mass. is the hometown of Theodore Seuss Geisel, the author who's nickname eventually became the legendary Dr. Seuss.
His family donated thousands of letters and drawings that people can view. There's also plenty of interactive exhibits and vocabulary games for the kids.
The museum projects to have some 2,000 visitors a day in its first year of operation.
