Ivanka Trump’s Clothing Line is Surging, Despite Boycotts
Despite boycotts Ivanka’s company still soaring.
FOX’s Michelle Pollino reports:
Ivanka Trump’s brand is doing just fine, according to former lawyer and now company president Abigail Klem, who has worked at Ivanka since 2013. Klem telling Refinery29, “this past February saw some of the best performing weeks in the history of the brand for several different retailers. Ivanka Trump was a top performer online, and in some of the categories it was the best performance ever.”
How much did the brands sales increase? According to Lyst, which monitors purchasing data, Ivanka Trump sales increased a whopping 346 percent. This despite Nordstrom announcing in February that it would no longer sell Ivanka’s clothing and accessories and an online boycott campaign called “Grab Your Wallet”.
