U.S. Army Signs New Pistol Deal

The U.S. Army has a new contract with a different pistol provider.

FOX’s Eben Brown has this week’s “Bullet Points”:

For the past 30-plus years, soldiers of the U.S. Army have kept the M9 Beretta at their side, but after a years-long search, the decision has been made to strap our men and women with a special variant of Sig Sauer’s P320. Those in the know say the Sig was picked because it’s a truly modular pistol. The contract’s said to be worth more than a half-a-billion dollars.

Big weekend coming up for College Air Rifle, at the Citadel, in South Carolina. They’re hosting the Southeastern Air Rifle Conference match. TCU, however, still ranked number one.

Every time we Americans get a new President, changes come to government properties. Most famously, they redecorate some room in the White House, but they also get to change up the stuff online, like at WhiteHouse.gov, where a new page about supporting law enforcement also includes a promise to support the Second Amendment.

And those are your Bullet Points! I’m Eben Brown, FOX News.
