Popular Furniture Store Recalling Baby Gates
Baby gates that could be dangerous for kids are being recalled by IKEA.
FOX’s Jill nado has that story form Washington:
IKEA apparently has had some dangerous baby gates on the market for a long time. The company is recalling about 80,000 gates sold between 1995 and this year.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission says the PATRULL safety gates and gate extensions can come unlocked by themselves, and that can lead to some nasty falls. IKEA says it’s gotten 55 reports of incidents involving the gates worldwide, there were 10 injuries, including concussions, cuts and bruising.
The CPSC is saying if you’ve got one, take it back to the store and get a refund.
