Luke Bryan asked his fans to join with him to honor those affected by the Orlando shooting. On the final night of the CMA Fest in Nashville:
(Bryan) “I want us to take a brief moment of silence and let’s think about all those families that have been affected in Orlando, Florida, and what happened in our great nation.”
The crowd went silent then Bryan asked everyone to light up and hold up their cell phones and he had the lights shut down and launched into his latest, “Drink A Beer,” fellow CMA Music Festival performers like Little Big Town also addressed the tragedy by dedicating their performance of the song “Miracle” to the victims of the shooting:
(Coe) “Take this job and shove it..”
Country singer David Allan Coe has some tax issues.
The Take This Job and Shove it singer has been ordered to pay the IRS more than $980,000 in restitution. The singer pleaded guilty last year to impeding and obstructing the administration of IRS law.
