12-Year-Old Pennsylvania Girl Dead After State Trooper Kills Her By Accident
A 12-year-old Pennsylvania girl is dead after a State Trooper kills her by accident while serving an eviction notice.

Penn Township police are confirming the death of 12-year-old Ciara Meyer. A State Police Constable showed up to serve the notice.
Police say the girl’s father, Donald Bartho Meyer Jr. pointed a rifle at the Constable, who then fired a single round. The bullet passed through Meyer and struck his daughter, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
The father is being held without bond on several charges, including assault.
