What Do Republican Voters Think of Trump?

A new survey details what Republican voters think of the man leading the GOP race for President.

FOX’s Rachel Sutherland reports from Washington:

They don’t really like him, but Republicans want a President Donald Trump anyway.

A new Associated Press-GFK poll finds GOP voters don’t think Trump is particularly compassionate, honest or likable.

But they do view him as decisive and competent… and that’s what appears to matter most — at least for now, according to the survey.

75% of those polled believe Trump can defeat the eventual Democratic nominee. The poll was taken before he called for that ban on Muslims entering the United States.
