A customer gives a waiter something to smile about.

FOX News Radio's Chris Foster has the story:

(Maixner) "How are we all doing over here today?"

Brian Maixner works at the Doo-Dah Diner in Wichita, Kansas and needed some dental work he couldn't afford.

(Maixner) "I still try to smile through it and you know just show people that you know there's still good people no matter how bad they look. You know, appearances aren't always everything but they are so... haha."

Fred Boettcher, a lawyer in town from Oklahoma visiting his daughter...

(Boettcher) "I looked at this guy and I thought, man this is, this guy is something special."

He left a $25,000 tip for dentures.

(Boettcher) "The way to be satisfied in your life is to be kind to everybody and be as generous as you possibly can be."

Brian cried when he got the money, and says now with his new teeth:

(Maixner) "Whenever I go to the bathroom I've still got to stop and look."

He says he'll pay it forward by showing kindness to strangers, himself.
