A lawsuit has been filed over Hillary Clinton’s emails.

FOX News Radio’s Rachel Sutherland reports from Washington:

The Associated Press filed a lawsuit against the State Department as it seeks email correspondence and government documents from Hillary Clinton’s tenure as Secretary of State. The action comes after repeated unfulfilled Freedom of Information Act requests, and after Clinton broke her silence about using a private email account. A State Department spokesman declined to comment, but has previously pointed to an overwhelming number of FOIA requests. The department says the timing of fulfilling a request depends on its complexity.
