Jeb Bush Resigns From Remaining Board Memberships [VIDEO]
There’s yet another indication that the 2016 Republican presidential field could be getting a high-profile name.
FOX News Radio’s Jared Halpern reports:
Jeb Bush has stepped down from all of his board memberships both non-profits and business..
A spokeswoman for the former Florida governor says it’s the natural next step as Bush turns his focus on whether he has support for a potential 2016 presidential run.
Bush’s move will not impact other business interests, including his own consulting firm Jeb Bush and Associates.
And he is not accepting an invitation this month at a prominent conservative gathering in Iowa. An aide citing a scheduling conflict, it would mean Bush is one of the few high profile Republican presidential contenders not attending the Iowa Freedom Summit.
