VIRAL VIDEOS: Terminally Ill College Athlete Makes Inspirational Layup

This clip, compliments of FOX Sports, shows Mount St. Joseph University freshman Lauren Hill, who has terminal brain cancer — making her dreams of playing college hoops a reality.
The brave teen takes the court in her college basketball debut, catches a pass and sinks a layup.
Hill has been told by doctors she may only have months to live. But, the courageous 19-year-old didn’t let that stop her from achieving her dreams and serving as an inspiration for others.

Now that Halloween is over, it’s time to fast forward past Thanksgiving, and jump right into the Christmas season. Leave it to Lifetime to pull together this made-for-TV– so bad it’s hopefully good movie — about the Internet superstar, Grumpy Cat.
Voiced by Parks and Recreation star Aubrey Plaza, Grumpy Cat becomes a grumpy pet of a young girl, who can hear the salty feline talk. The movie airs November 29th. You’ve been warned.

This trending trailer for the prequel to the Despicable Me films, gives some back story to Gru’s lovable minions, who apparently have a history of accidentally killing their evil bosses.
Until three brave little minions set off on a quest to find a new master, ending up in New York City during the 1960’s. The family friendly flick is slated to hit theaters in July, likely jockeying to become a sorely needed summer blockbuster.
