CDC Director Warns Of Ebola Outbreak

    Liberia Ebola

A warning from the head of the CDC on the threat of Ebola.

FOX News Radio’s Eben Brown reports:

CDC Director Tom Frieden just got back from visiting West African nations plagued by Ebola where he says healthcare operations are being overrun and the number of Ebola cases remains high.

(Frieden) “And I’m afraid that over the next few weeks those numbers are likely to increase further and significantly. There is a window of opportunity to tamp this down, but that window is closing.”

Also, the World Health Organization agreed with the CDC, saying this is the worst Ebola outbreak ever, that it can be controlled, but should be regarded as a global threat.
