Details Released In Death of Robin Williams [VIDEO]
Officials in Marin County, California, releasing details about actor Robin Williams’ suicide.
FOX News Radio’s Michelle Pollino reports:
Sheriff’s Department Lieutenant Keith Boyd said Robin Willliams was found, suspended with a belt around his neck. He was clothed and rigor mortis had set in, as a result Williams died of asphyxia due to hanging.
Police said there was also superficial wounds found on one of his wrists. A pocket knife was also found nearby. But he said the investigation is ongoing.
(Boyd) “We want to be thorough.We want to make sure that we cover all our bases – dot all our our i’s and cross all our t’s.”
A toxicology report will be conducted but will take two to six weeks to be completed.
