The U.S. Supreme Court Rejects ‘I Heart Boobies’ Appeal
Students can wear controversial bracelets to school to raise awareness about breast cancer.
FOX News Radio’s Jared Halpern reports from Washington DC:
A Pennsylvania school district cannot stop students from wearing bracelets reading ‘I heart boobies’. The U.S. Supreme Court rejected an appeal from Easton Area School District, after an appeals court struck down a ban on what school officials deemed sexual innuendo.
Two students– with the help of the ACLU sued the district in 2010, after being told to stop passing out the breast cancer awareness bracelets distributed by a non-profit.
