How can you live to be 100? Is there something you can do to live longer? One of the secrets to aging may be what you drink.

FOX News Radio’s Hank Weinbloom has another tip in our special “Housecall for Health” series:

One way to live longer is to drink tea, whether it be green or black, since they contain catechins which protect the heart. A study in Japan of more than 40,000 people found those who drank at least five cups of tea a day had a lower risk of dying from heart disease or stroke.

Eating purple foods can also up your odds of living to 100. Grapes and blueberries protect the heart and may protect against dementia.
