In Congress and in the Courts the Obama Administration finds itself on the defensive over military operations in Libya.

Ohio Congressman Dennis Kucinich announcing the filing of a lawsuit regarding the President's decision to provide air and intelligence support to NATO's mission in Libya. Kucinich met with reporters and talked about the need for powers of the legislative branch, Congress, not be usurped by the President.

The bipartisan group of ten lawmakers, which includes Texas Republican Ron Paul and Michigan Democrate John Conyers, wants an injunction to prevent the United States from going to war without consent from Congress.
