Obama War Powers

    In Congress and in the Courts the Obama Administration finds itself on the defensive over military operations in Libya.

    FOX News Radio White House Correspondent Mike Majchrowitz reports:

    The bipartisan group of ten lawmakers, which includes Texas Republican Ron Paul and Michigan Democrate John Conyers, wants an injunction to prevent the United States from going to war without consent from Congress.
