Judge Rules Colorado Planned Parenthood Shooter Robert Dear Mentally Incompetent for Trial

On hold in Colorado, the case against a man accused of shooting up a Planned Parenthood clinic.

    FOX’s Jessica Rosenthal reports:

The judge agreed that Robert Dear was mentally incompetent to stand trial, which means he’ll receive treatment at the mental health institute in Pueblo. State doctors had declared him delusional in their evaluation and the judge agreed.

Dear, audibly, did not. He said out loud that now people won’t get to learn the facts in this case, and that justice delayed is justice denied.

When the judge tripped on a sentence in his reading, Dear said ‘learn to read’. And when he was being led out, he called the judge a ‘filthy animal’. Dear has had outbursts in other court hearings, once notably calling himself a ‘warrior for babies’.

He’s charged with killing three people and injuring nine others.
