Tim McGraw Featured on New Florida Georgia Line Album ‘Dig Your Roots’
Blake Shelton’s defamation case moves forward and Florida Georgia Line give us the title of their latest and what big country artist joins them on one of their tracks.
FOX’s Michelle Pollino reports:
I’m Michelle Pollino.
Blake Shelton just scored a win in his lawsuit against In Touch Magazine. The California judge rejected In Touch Magazine’s bid to have Shelton’s defamation thrown out. The magazine claimed Blake had an alcohol problem and went to rehab. The judge said false claims of rehab are libelous. In Touch claimed that Shelton is “libel proof” because he posts about being drunk on social media. The case will now proceed to trial.
And Florida Georgia Line on a recent appearance on Country Countdown USA did not officially announce their third album, but gave us a few yummy details. One being who one of their collaborators is:
Tim McGraw joins Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard on one of the tracks on ‘Dig Your Roots.’ Kelley saying the song is a big anthem, kind of like ‘Round Here’ meets ‘Dirt.’
‘Dig Your Roots’ is also the name of their 2016 summer tour, the album will be available in August.
