No Powerball Lottery Winner, New Jackpot Expected To Be Record-Breaking
There was no winner for last night’s Powerball jackpot. That means, this Saturday, you’ll have a chance at the largest lottery jackpot in U.S. history.
FOX’s Jeff Monosso reports:
No one matched the numbers drawn for last night’s estimated $500 million Powerball jackpot, making way for even more dreams like this.
(Lottery Hopeful) “First thing’s first: mom needs a mansion… and a yacht… and a submarine to attach to that yacht.”
Saturday’s Powerball drawing will be the largest jackpot of any lottery game in U.S. history.
Lottery officials say the estimated prize this weekend will be worth about $675 million. The previous record was a $656 million Mega Millions jackpot, won in 2012.
Powerball is played in 44 states, DC, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.
Of course…
(Lottery Hopeful) “If you don’t play your not going to win. You gotta play in order to win.”
