Jury Begins Deliberating In James Holmes Trial

    Jurors in the Colorado movie massacre trial are now deliberating… was James Holmes insane when he opened fire in a theater full of people nearly three years ago.

    FOX News Radio’s Jessica Rosenthal reports:

    In closing arguments, James Holmes’ attorney Dan King said every expert found him mentally ill and that his mental illness caused the shooting.

    (King) “Accept the fact that people get sick. We in this country seem to be in denial about mental illness.”

    The district attorney played this 911 call in his closing arguments:

    (911 Call) “I can’t hear you… what’s your address?…”

    District Attorney George Brauchler told jurors James Holmes was mentally ill, but not insane, and the evidence shows he knew right from wrong.
