NY Doctor Treated For Ebola Released From Hospital
A New York doctor who tested positive for Ebola has been released from the hospital.
FOX News Radio’s Jessica Golloher reports from New York:
Dr. Craig Spencer was the only Ebola patient being treated in the U.S. Now he’s going home from Bellevue Hospital after being declared free of the deadly virus.
New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio lauded Spencer’s courage for treating Ebola patients worldwide… And conquering the disease himself.
(de Blasio) “When he was himself afflicted he showed us an example of strength, courage, dignity, humor.”
Spencer tested positive for the virus on October 23rd shortly after returning from Guinea where he was working with Doctors Without Borders.
