‘Fast And Furious’ Sentencing Day [VIDEO]
The family of murdered border patrol agent Brian Terry will speak to one of the men involved in the killing, at his sentencing in Arizona.
Fox News Radio’s Jessica Rosenthal reports from Tucson, where they are still looking for answers about a government gun-walking scandal the agent’s death exposed:
One of the border bandits who was looking for marijuana to steal and ended up being involved in the death of Agent Brian Terry, pleaded guilty and Prosecutors today are asking he be sentenced to 30 years in prison. Terry’s cousin Robert Heyer says Terry’s mother and siblings will speak in court.
Heyer: “The family will travel out to the area known as ‘Mesquite Well’. It’s outside of Tucson, where Brian died.”
At the scene of Terry’s death, two weapons were recovered that were traced back to ‘Fast and Furious’– the failed ATF attempt to track weapons to Mexican drug cartels.

Editor’s Note: Today’s sentencing hearing for Manuel Osorio-Arellanes is scheduled to begin at 3:30pm ET.
