Congressional Gridlock?
The Speaker of the House is responding to critics accusing him of leading a do-nothing Congress.
FOX News Radio’s Jared Halpern has more on Capitol Hill:
Nearly 150 bills passed by the House this year are collecting dust in the Senate.

The Senate is not in session this week, but Democrats there routinely say they too have passed bipartisan legislation, like an immigration reform bill ignored by the Republican-led House.
