Mall Money Drop Leads To Trouble [VIDEO]
Generosity nets a Minnesota man a ticket for disorderly conduct.

The busiest shopping day of the year– performers singing “Let It Snow” and in a crowded Mall of America, a man decides to drop cash. Serge Vorobyov admits throwing the money from an upper level. The dollar bills– 1,000 of them, stamped with his YouTube address. Vorobyov says he’s getting divorced, has lost his business and thought that tossing his last thousand dollars would send some good luck his way. A Mall of America spokesperson says the money throwing could’ve caused a serious situation.

Editor’s note: In addition to being cited for disorderly conduct, the man says he was also ordered not to go into the mall for a year.
