Housecall for Health: Three-Parent IVF

One baby, with three bioglogical parents, it could happen soon according to some controversial research coming out of England.

FOX’s Colleen Cappon reports in today’s “Housecall for Health”:

Babies with the genes of three parents could be born within three years.

The controversial IVF technique replaces small parts of a mother’s egg into another woman’s donor egg.

Neurologists at Newcastle University in England have received a $6.8 million grant to perfect the procedure.

The UK’s Department of Health has yet to decide if the technique should be legalized.
