Securing America: War on the Cyber Battlefield?
A new report today, from the Enterprise Strategy Group, says 75% of U.S. corporations believe they may have been targeted by a cyber attack, most likely from China or Russia. The military intelligence community is now considering whether the laws of war now apply to the cyber battlefield.
