A popular exercise routine could be the solution to relieving chronic back pain.

If you suffer from lower back pain, one study suggests you may want to head to the Yoga studio, rather than the Doctor's office.  Researchers at the University of York in the UK found that people with long term lower back pain who participated in a twelve-week Yoga course experienced more improved back function than those who received standard medical care. Doctors say since few effective treatments for back pain exist, Yoga is definitely worth trying.
