AEHQ: PA Presidential Delegates
Democrats have won the last five Presidential elections in Pennsylvania, but always by slim margins. That historical pattern has convinced enough Republicans in the state that a new system for awarding Electoral College votes may be worth the risk. The Keystone State would become the nation’s third to divvy up Electoral votes by Congressional district.
