(AUDIO) Dinesh D’Souza Defends His Use Of Salvery Hyperbole

In an effort to paint Republicans as racist and evil, The left uses a lot of ‘slavery’ hyperbole.

In his new book, conservative author and filmmaker uses a similar tactic to teach readers about the Democratic Party’s racist past.

On Monday’s show, Tom Shillue asked guest Dinesh D’Souza about the narrative of slavery and the modern plantation often referenced in D’Souza’s book, “Death of a Nation: Plantation Politics and the Making of the Democratic Party.”

Tom is not a fan of when this language is used by the left, so he asks D’Souza why it’s okay when conservatives use it. The author and filmmaker explains that his use of the controversial language is intended to squash the “racism card” and point out that the Democrats, not Republicans, were the ones who instituted America’s racist laws and traditions.

Dinesh claims that Americans have a misconception of modern white supremacists as well; claiming his interview with White Supremacist leader Richard Spencer proves their movement’s views are aligned with the left.
