Weinstein Out!… Media Mogul Removed from Company

Media mogul Harvey Weinstein removed from the company he co-founded.

    FOX’s Jacquelyn Karl reports:

The Weinstein Company fired co-founder Harvey Weinstein after The New York Times article chronicling sexual abuse allegations against the movie producer, which included actresses’ Ashley Judd and Rose McGowan.

Weinstein had voluntarily taken an indefinite leave of absence after the allegations, but apparently that wasn’t enough.

Even Weinstein’s brother, Bob, one of the company’s decision makers, agreed Weinstein should no longer be a part of the company in a statement put out by the Weinstein Company Sunday night.

No response yet from Weinstein’s lawyer.
